Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded throughout their stay.
Greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in, and providing them with necessary information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Anticipating guest needs and offering personalized recommendations, services, and solutions to enhance their experience.
Handling guest complaints, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
Communicating effectively with other hotel departments, ensuring that guest preferences and requests are communicated and met efficiently.
Coordinating with the concierge, housekeeping, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a memorable guest experience.
Ensuring that guest rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and service standards before guest arrival.
Supporting the front desk and reservations teams by assisting with check-out, billing issues, and providing additional services as needed.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's services, facilities, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to guests.

Requirements:

2 years' working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or in a relevant field
Three or more years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
Proficient knowledge of PMS (preferably Fidelio or Opera) and the Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and complain handling skills
