Iaponiki S.A. a leading company in the independent automotive Aftermarket in Greece, with a nationwide network of stores and international collaborations, is looking for a Pricing Manager , based in Pallini Attiki: Main responsibilities: • Formulating and implementing pricing strategies in alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Conducting market research and analysis to identify pricing trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer preferences. • Collaborating with sales, marketing, accounting, and purchasing management teams to ensure pricing strategies support overall business objectives. • Setting and adjusting prices based on market dynamics, cost analysis, and profitability objectives. • Assisting in creating promotional campaigns. • Developing pricing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing effectiveness and profitability, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or relevant field. • Master’s degree will be considered as an asset. • 3 years minimum working experience in pricing management - data analysis and forecasting methods - preferably in a similar industry or sector. • Fluency in English. • Preferred Certifications such as CPP, CFA. • Knowledge of pricing models and pricing psychology. • Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Financial acumen and strategic thinking. • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. • Attention to detail. • Team player. • Recommendations desirable.
