For one of their clients, a well-known Money Transfer Services platform, they are looking for German speaking candidates to join their international team in Athens.The Job.In this role, you may support both end users (B2C) and agencies (B2B) offering the services to their clients. Some of your tasks will include:
- Assist customers with queries about the services via phone, email and chat
- Assist in validating and receiving transactions
- Assist in using the platform
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issuesThe Profile.- You are a native German speaker with advanced business English
- You are tech-savvy / you have a good IT knowledge
- You are customer and quality oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
- Financial Skills are not required but a good interest in the sector is always appreciatedThe Offer.- A full-time job, 40 hours a week
- Salary: 14 salaries per year 1300€ gross per month + 100€/gross (once for completing the training)+ 225€ gross/months relocation support (1st year) + 300€ gross/month paid once after 6 months of cooperation
- Schedule: rotative shifts from Mon-Sun 9 AM to 12AM
