The ideal candidate will embody the essence of hospitality and maintain a warm, welcoming, and engaging demeanor.Key duties and responsibilities

Ensuring all beverages and snacks are served promptly and with attention to detail.

Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or special requests.

Maintaining cleanliness, keeping the café area tidy and well-stocked throughout shifts.

Restocking and replenishing of inventory and supplies.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter/tress

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for delivering exceptional levels of service

Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
