Location: Thessaloniki, Greece Hybrid About the position We are looking for an experienced passionate and dedicated HR Business Partner to join our HR Team and support our HR Lead in both operational and strategical HR tasks and ensure that HR helps the business make an impact in our Thessaloniki office. You will: Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership team. Ensure that HR practices align with and support the organization's overall objectives. Provide strategic as well as operational HR support to managers and employees to ensure efficient and full employee life-cycle management (attract and retain top talent, improve employee engagement and productivity, develop, coach and train people managers and employees; drive the performance management and the talent & succession agenda) Participate in aligning HR policy, tools, and initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives. Drive the business through transformation change in HR harmonization and generate proper discussions around change. Translate business needs into HR initiatives on the supported functional area. Ensure the smooth operational management of the monthly payroll process with our external payroll provider. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation. Participate in regional / global HR projects. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar HRBP position with a total of 7 years of experience. You have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and lead difficult conversations. You have solid knowledge of local labor law, and you have great know-how in change management. You have a strategic mindset with down-to-the-earth execution capability. You are proactive, precise and you pay great attention to details. You have great interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach. You are fluent in English and Greek.
