- Develop and grow the business in the assigned area, driving sales, distribution, profitability, and category management.
- Build and nurture long-term, win-win customer relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
- Act as the key interface between customers and all relevant internal divisions.
- Define and execute annual customer plans, including sales forecasts and category development (core range & NPDs).
- Lead annual negotiations and ensure implementation of agreed trading conditions.
- Manage customer portfolio P&L, budgets, trade investments, and related reporting.
- Identify new business opportunities (“white spots”) and ensure effective onboarding of new clients.
- Support the sales team and cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of FMCG Area Management experience
- Strong knowledge & understanding of business areas, customers & competitors
- Good understanding of the overall sales processes including other fields (marketing/finance/supply-chain) and Area Management relevant processes
- Solid understanding of client P&L and strategies for activation
- Good understanding of key financial figures
- Availability to Travel
- The role is a maternity leave contract with the possibility to renew to permanent.
