Scope Of PositionVesselBot seeks a highly motivated and experienced Communications Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that showcase our company’s unique offerings and appeal to a discerning global clientele. The role will champion the Communication and PR efforts for VesselBot, focusing on maintaining a high level of expertise, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring commercial goals are met.The Communications Manager will be developing insightful VesselBot content and turning it into opportunities with the media, as well as driving corporate reputation through strategic advocacy work. Moreover, the Communications Manager will handle media inquiries worldwide and actively engage with media with the objective of leveraging VesselBot’s global narrative and turning journalists into active advocates.RequirementsDuties & Responsibilities· Develop and execute a comprehensive global Communications strategy that aligns with VesselBot's overall marketing strategy.· Manage all aspects of VesselBot’s public relations and media relations efforts, including media outreach.· Daily management of Media Relations and External Affairs.· Create content and promote it on relevant channels such as TV, press, and the internet to maximize company exposure and awareness.· Proactively reach out to arrange interviews or public speaking events and draft press releases.· Represent the Company at industry events and conferences.· Monitor media coverage and compile reports to update on the outcomes of PR initiatives.· Create and manage VesselBot’s brand messaging and identity across all channels, including print, digital, social media, and Press Releases.· Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and video.· Build and execute a corporate social media strategy while monitoring competitors’ communication and initiatives.· Teamwork, maintaining a high level of communication with management and with peers.· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to develop innovative marketing/communication strategies.
