We are seeking for an experienced and versatile HR Manager (Pharma) on behalf of a Greek pharmaceutical company located in the North-Western region of Athens. The company manufactures both sterile and non-sterile products and is focused on exports worldwide.You will be instrumental in the faultless running of the entire organization and will help the company to keep their people happy and productive. All the HR and administrative functions will be under your authority, and you will make sure your team delivers perfect service to the company and its staff.Responsibilities:

Plan onboarding and offboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience
Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
Maintain benefit records and prepare reports related performance evaluations
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Oversee the payroll function and manage employee relations
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
Run the office and facilities management functions
Lead the HR and administration team

Requirements

BSc/MSc in Human Resources or Management
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor legislation
Fluent English Language skills
