
Payroll Assistant

- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of small to large sized multiple client payrolls.
- Respond to payroll-related and local labor legislation inquiries from clients.
- Provide payroll reports as requested from clients.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of clients’ obligations and payroll workflow.
- Identify, research, and resolve payroll variances.
- Look for improvements related to efficiency and payroll best practices and provide feedback.
- Independent performance according to Payroll Manager’s instructions.
- BSc in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (MSc will be considered an asset).
- 1-2 years of working experience in Payroll - prior experience in the consulting sector will be preferred
- Competent use of ERGANI, SEPENET and e-EFKA platform.
- Good knowledge of current labor legislation.
- Great understanding of multi-payroll cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Greek/English).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer – literacy skills.
