Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Offer accurate information about airline services, policies, and promotional offers.
Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and document communications.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on airline industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
