The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken
- Interest in technology
- Good command of English
- Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
- Previous customer service or tech support experience desired
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to show empathy and handle difficult customers
- Multi tasking skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations on calls.
- Positive & Flexible attitude
- Experience in Technical Support is preferred
- Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
- Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
- Client’s products users Preferred
