- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations proactively.
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers) to deliver cohesive and effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Track milestones, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement effective resolutions to keep projects on track.
- Contribute to the setup and customization of various ServiceNow modules.
- Prepare and deliver clear and targeted presentations and reports for both internal and external audiences.
- Leverage strong ITIL knowledge to guide enterprise service management initiatives.
- Translates business requirements into concrete technical solutions, facilitating smooth project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or consulting, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow-related roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams and lead consulting engagements.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
