- Assisting users with technical and account-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing guidance on account settings, digital content downloads, and payment setups
- Troubleshooting a range of user issues at the Tier 1 support level
- Managing refund requests, subscription concerns, and prepaid credit inquiries
- Ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality user experience
- Meeting service level targets and contributing to customer satisfaction goals
- A native level of Danish and a C1 level of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and use digital tools efficiently
- Good typing skills
- Solid PC and browser navigation skills; familiarity with MS Office
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and quick to learn new systems
- Full-time job (40 hours/week)
