• Interact with players in Dutch through live chat and provide an outstanding player experience.
• Ensure all gaming operations adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
• Manage and explain game rules while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Encourage player participation and engagement during games.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance game presentation and player satisfaction.
• Report any technical issues or player concerns to the management team promptly.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, ideally in the gaming or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication skills with an engaging and charismatic personality.
• Comfortable working in a live broadcast environment and using technology effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining enthusiasm and focus.
• Good understanding of casino games and gaming regulations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
