- Securing the smooth operation of all of the departments in your area of responsibility according to HM procedures
- Implementing the actions agreed in order to improve the ICSS, Brand capital and employee satisfaction indices
- Ensuring that the external services partners (Transportation and Assembly) performance comply with the agreed objectives
- Controlling, Steering and following up all operating costs and KPIs related to your areas of responsibility
- Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives
- Monitor and improve the shopping experience for the customer all around the store by compiling, tracking and working with customer comments
- University Degree
- Very strong Customer Focus
- Good people management skills
- Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
- Very good communication skills and team oriented personality
- Good planning, organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Good knowledge of English
