- Dealing with customer requests, enquiries and complaints
- Ordering parts
- Controlling inventory
- Performing administrative and accounting tasks
- Invoicing
- Working with SAP
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in English
- Customer service related experience or administrative experience is beneficial
