PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece is currently seeking to hire a System Engineer on behalf of our client in the industrial sector.The main responsibilities of the position include:
Plan, design, and implement IT solutions for the organization and end users in alignment with the organization's IT strategy, standards, and objectives
Deliver precise technical troubleshooting and effective resolutions for complex IT issues
Contribute to the research and evaluation of new technologies and tools to enhance IT efficiency and optimize the end-user experience
Provide technical support and training to end users and IT support staff on IT systems and applications
Document and update IT processes, configuration and inventories
Collaborate and contact with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
3 years of experience on IT operations and workplace engineering
Good understanding of the IT service operation and delivery framework
Proficient knowledge in Group Policies, Change Management, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Exchange and other IT technologies
Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including antivirus, encryption, VPN, and identity management
