While front-end experience with React is a nice-to-have, your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing, building, and optimizing robust, scalable backend systems.You’ll work closely with a talented team to create features that power our platform, improve performance, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.What You’ll Do

Design and implement new backend features and APIs in Python (Django).
Optimize database queries and ensure scalable architecture.
Collaborate with product team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain platform reliability.
Support front-end development using ReactJS.
Participate in code reviews and help shape our engineering practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in back-end development using Python and Django.
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
Ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
A BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
