We do this by creating a positive impact today, and for future generations, through our commitment to operating safely, sustainably, and profitably.The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of ‘Lead – Reporting Data Analyst-‘Υπεύθυνος/η Αναλυτής/τρια Δεδομένων Αναφορών’ for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to Manager οf Dispatch Operations Services department in Skouries.Main Responsibilities:

Evaluate reports and KPIs, trace root causes of optimal and low targets and advise and/or decide with the dispatch team and field operations for improvement

Evaluate dispatch engineer KPIs in real time and advise/suggest for their improvement and skill leveling

Review data quality and detect areas for improvement with the required activities or execute technical problem-solving tasks if needed

Review compliance using the actual data and cross check with the mine forecast, budget, short term and mid-term plans

Liaise with Field Operations and have the daily attendance data and provide advice and actions to minimize impact if absenteeism number is considerable

Constantly monitor the main queue and hang values, execute actions with the dispatch team to maintain the values within world class targets

Coordinate periodic and routinary drills to refresh the emergency actions expected from the dispatch team when necessary

Supervise the management of the mining equipment fleet, make sure the team makes the most of it with the highest safety standards.

Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Metallurgy, Mineral Resources, Industrial, Information Technology), Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.· 2-5 years of experience in supervision of dispatch, mining operations, production lines, logistics, or a related field.· Hands-on experience with reporting tools, including Power BI, dispatch, fatigue management, and collision avoidance systems·Previous experience in a dispatch or coordination role is highly desirable.· Knowledge of mining operations, equipment, and mine management/safety systems.· Understanding of KPIs, targets, safety regulations, and best practices in mining or similar industries· Strong analytical, continuous learning, and problem-solving abilities.· Driving LicenseOur company offers a competitive remuneration package that includes an attractive combination of basic salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for development in a challenging work environment.Inclusion and Diversity HellasGold is an equal opportunities employer.
