- Monitors, analyzes and evaluates data from various sources such as inspections (internal/external/contractors), trainings, emergency drills, environmental measurements, surveys (internal/external), accident investigations, risk recordings and the performance of actions/corrective measures. Calculates performance indicators, identifies trends and compiles monthly reports
- Monitors, coordinates, gathers, checks, analyzes and documents Health, Safety, and Environmental data for sustainability (ESG) reports, participates in competitions and surveys
- Develops and monitors Health, Safety, and Environmental operational objectives in collaboration with internal departments and subsidiaries. Coordinates and contributes to the preparation of the Department's reports
- Participates in defining specifications and configuring the Health, Safety, and Environment information system. Coordinates the design and use of tools for collecting and exporting Health, Safety and Environment data and reports
- Monitors and informs about decisions, guidelines and actions from EU-OSHA and related bodies. Researches and evaluates international/European conferences, programs and initiatives for potential company participation. Participates in developing partnerships and agreements with organizations on Health, Safety and Environment matters
- Participates in the review and issuance of Health, Safety, and Environment Guidelines
- Oversees the creation of training materials and the implementation of training sessions for employees, Health and Safety Committees, and Safety Technicians
- Monitors and supports existing and new Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
- Participates in the development of procedures and the setting of objectives aimed at improving Health and Safety culture and reducing environmental impact
- Bachelor's degree from a University or Diploma in Engineering
- Master's degree related to Environmental Management, Sustainability, Environmental Protection, Statistical Analysis, Business Administration, or Project Management will be considered an additional qualification
- At least six (6) years of relevant experience in coordinating units for data collection and report preparation, monitoring operational objectives, reviewing and issuing Health, Safety and Environment guidelines
- At least six (6) years of relevant experience in monitoring information systems, providing performance data on activities and staying informed about the activities of European bodies related to Health, Safety and Environment
- Experience in construction, commercial companies, industries, and/or consulting firms in the aforementioned areas will be considered an additional qualification
- Experience in a position of responsibility will be considered an additional qualification
- Environmental certifications will be considered an additional qualification
- Certification in Circular Economy - Sustainability Materials Management will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Management Software will be considered an additional qualification
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
