The responsibilities of this Sales Engineer role are:
  • Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions for CNC and and Fiber Laser cutting machines.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the equipment.
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and company standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, working to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the client and the engineering and support teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
The qualifications for this Sales Engineer role are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in a sales or technical support role, ideally within the machinery or industrial equipment sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of CNC machinery, Fiber Laser systems, and metalworking processes.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You must be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills: You have a track record of successfully negotiating deals and meeting sales goals.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: You can identify client challenges and propose effective, innovative solutions.
  • Self-Motivation: You are results-oriented and can work independently to manage your sales pipeline.
  • Customer Focus: You are committed to building long-term relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
