- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions for CNC and and Fiber Laser cutting machines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the equipment.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and company standards.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, working to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Act as a technical liaison between the client and the engineering and support teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in a sales or technical support role, ideally within the machinery or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical understanding of CNC machinery, Fiber Laser systems, and metalworking processes.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You must be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
- Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills: You have a track record of successfully negotiating deals and meeting sales goals.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: You can identify client challenges and propose effective, innovative solutions.
- Self-Motivation: You are results-oriented and can work independently to manage your sales pipeline.
- Customer Focus: You are committed to building long-term relationships and providing excellent customer service.
