Gather and utilize feedback from guests to improve service quality
Engage in ongoing training and personal development to enhance your skills
Requirements
Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
