The highest standards of hospitality are always demonstrated within all food and beverage areas. Takes orders for, serves (when applicable, prepares) food and beverages for guests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.Key duties and responsibilities

Ensuring that guests are greeted warmly, seated promptly, and provided with exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
Overseeing the setting of tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and ensuring it meets hotel standards.
Managing guest orders, coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, and ensuring orders are served accurately.
Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently, ensuring immediate and effective resolution to guarantee satisfaction.
Monitoring and managing inventory of dining supplies and beverages, ensuring stock levels are maintained and minimizing waste.
Upselling food, beverages & drinks.
Ensuring the implementation of health, safety, and hygiene standards, and overseeing the maintenance of a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Collaborating with other hotel departments, including front desk and housekeeping, to ensure guests' needs are met beyond the dining experience.

Requirements

2 years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
Degree / Diploma in tourism or in a relevant field
Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
