A leading manufacturer of advanced lithium-ion battery cells, is seeking an experienced Process Manager to oversee all aspects of the battery cell manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 8+ years managing complex battery cell production operations, with expertise spanning the full manufacturing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the entire battery cell production process, including cell formation, assembly, formation, testing, and packaging Continuously analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and quality teams to implement process enhancements and troubleshoot issues Develop and maintain robust standard operating procedures, process control plans, and quality systems to ensure consistent, high-quality output Monitor key performance indicators and production metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership Lead a team of process engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance management Partner with equipment vendors and automation providers to integrate new technologies and optimize production workflows Ensure strict compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum 8 years of direct experience in battery cell or other advanced electrochemical manufacturing operations Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and control for battery cell production Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience interfacing with cross-functional teams Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment Fluency in English required knowledge of Greek language a plus
