- With the support of your manager, you take ownership for the revenue & e-commerce strategies of your assigned properties. You will implement the strategic commercial plans, to drive and grow revenue across all segments, constantly monitoring results and adjusting strategies and activities to make sure objectives and targets are being met.
- Responsible for achieving room revenue goals (budget, RevPAR, etc.) with a focus on profitability.
- Continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends.
- Utilize rate comparison tools to identify and react to pricing opportunities within the properties competitive sets.
- Ability to rapidly understand/highlight market trends and revenue generating opportunities and act accordingly.
- Identify and act on important booking trends (i.e., pace, booking window, booking channel, etc.).
- Oversee channel management including rate loading, inventory management and promotional activities.
- Regularly collaborate with the Marketing team on e-commerce & promotions.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.
- Provide local market knowledge that helps us stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain strong relationships with our property partners, as well as third-party partners.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- You are commercial minded and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also flexible and calm especially in times of tight deadlines.
- You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
- Proficient in computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eager to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
