- Provide high-quality business support to French-speaking clients, effectively resolving their inquiries and meeting their needs.
- Assist in the creation of business documents and reports in both French and English.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and service quality.
- Manage client communications, offering clear and comprehensive information about our services.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless introduction to our offerings.
- Collect and evaluate client feedback to drive continuous improvements in business support.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay informed about industry trends.
- Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in business support or administrative roles is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
