- Minimum 1 year of experience in a CRM role.
- Hands on experience working with Email Marketing Platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Contact Pigeon, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics, Moosend, etc.).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification would be a benefit.
- Analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI metrics.
- Understanding of key customer metrics (acquisition rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc.).
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong oral, written, communication, and presentations skills.
- Effectively manage CRM campaigns. Implement CRM strategy and campaigns’ execution (newsletter, viber/sms, push notifications etc.); and be responsible for scheduling, sending, editing & testing CRM campaigns.
- Ensure campaign’s layout, design and overall content are optimized for best results per channel.
- Identify & analyze users’ behavior patterns, build customer segmentation and personalization strategies, conduct A/B testing, design ongoing communications plans targeted to those segments.
- Assist in the design and content development of user experiences, including design of customer journeys, promotional links, loyalty tactics, etc.
- Track customer/business KPIs and overall performance.
- Create ongoing reporting of CRM metrics and conduct ongoing research monitoring industry’s best practices.
