As an IT Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between the IT department and global stakeholders in crew management. Your role will be vital in driving the IT transformation forward, collaborating with Group Business Functions to optimize performance through innovative IT solutions. Your duties will include:

Cultivate trust with key technical management figures within the organization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct feasibility studies for IT solutions, ensuring optimal ROI.
Gather, clarify, and challenge stakeholder requirements to tailor IT solutions that align with functional needs, scalability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Spearhead project definition and coordination efforts, manage communication, expectations, and team participation.
Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks while supporting sourcing initiatives and internal IT endeavors.
Champion innovation by staying abreast of IT market trends and propose value-adding solutions.
Facilitate Change Management activities to ensure seamless solution adoption and alignment with organizational goals.

To excel in the role of IT Project Manager, you should possess:

5+ years of experience in IT Management and/or Consulting within international work environments.
A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of API integration systems.
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word).
Proficiency in leading and coordinating complex projects.
Having prior experience in the shipping industry will be considered as an asset.
Fluency in English both written and oral.
Willingness to travel globally when needed.
