Deliver outstanding support to Swedish-speaking partners through phone, email, and chat
Address inquiries related to products, services, and operational issues with promptness
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Document all partner interactions thoroughly to ensure effective communication
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and partner satisfaction
Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product offerings and best practices
Adhere to company policies while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
Previous experience in customer or partner support is advantageous but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Basic technical knowledge or a willingness to learn about the company’s products and services
