- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and activities to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Conduct thorough functional inspections, documenting and addressing any issues to maintain property integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on feedback gathered during inspection trips.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sales, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for clients, ensuring a seamless handover process.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Maintain a comprehensive after-sales support system to uphold client satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree in sales, hospitality, or in any other related field.
- Proven working experience in after-sales services within the real estate or luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in coordinating and managing functional inspection trips.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in English and Greek
