The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a QC Compliance Officer to join our Quality Control team in our Pallini premises.As a QC Compliance Officer, the ideal candidate will lead laboratory investigations and/or resolution of Deviations, OOS, OOT results and will be responsible for ensuring GMP Compliance within Quality Control.More particularly:RequirementsWhat you will do:

Analyze and investigate all Deviations, OOS and OOT incidents related to Quality Control
Ensure GMP compliance within the Analytical Laboratory
Apply regulatory requirements (EU/US) to Quality Control operations
Draft and revise Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Apply statistical control to analytical results and identify potential trends
Oversee the implementation and assurance of Quality Control standards
Supervise the monitoring and control of audit trails

The ideal candidate should have:

Minimum a BSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field
At least 2 years of experience within a pharmaceutical environment/Quality control
Experience in a GMP or GLP environment

Job-Specific Skills:

Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
Competent in laboratory instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, dissolution)
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy
