- Lead sales growth by building strong customer relationships and acquiring new accounts.
- Execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Manage key accounts by creating and updating strategic plans that align with business objectives.
- Cultivate client loyalty by handling day-to-day relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date of the market by monitoring international trends and competitor activities.
- Provide strategic insights through regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from negotiating deals and resolving issues to managing project execution, including order, packaging, and shipping details.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering customer feedback and communicating it to relevant internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree will be an asset
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in food exports.
- Previous experience in managing export-related projects.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
