Hili Ventures is a proud partner of Apple, Konecranes, McDonald's, Microsoft, NCR, Six Senses and many other global brands.THE ROLEThe Supply Chain Executive / Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, and coordinating across departments to support business objectives.Main Responsibilities

Manage orders and inventory tracking using ERP/WMS systems.
Act as a bridge between departments (e.g., Marketing for menu management).
Lead demand forecasting and stock management initiatives.
Analyze market trends and delivery capabilities to ensure material availability.
Collaborate in creating the budgets, contracts and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Prepare regular reports and on demand.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, data analysis tools and MS Office.
Detail oriented & customer focused.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in procurement, logistics, and supplier management of minimum 3 years.
Fluent in Greek and English language (oral & written) essential.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar field preferred.
Time management & organizational skills to meet timescales and deadlines.
