Provide Finnish-speaking customer support to clients via phone, chat, and email
Ensure a positive brand image in every interaction
Handle customer inquiries and resolve a variety of issues with a positive attitude
Investigate and troubleshoot errors and issues
Occasionally perform upselling to offer additional services/products to customers

Candidate Profile:

Excellent Finnish and strong English skills (written and spoken)
Passion for customer service
Strong computer skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate abroad
