
Brand & Area Manager

- Lead day-to-day operations for one store initially, with scope to expand oversight across multiple locations.
- Act as the main liaison between HQ and store teams, ensuring operational alignment and smooth execution of store-level strategies.
- Oversee commercial planning, store KPIs (sales, customer service, and quality), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support store managers in recruitment, team motivation, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all customer touchpoints and in-store activations.
- Coordinate local marketing actions, events, and partnerships in collaboration with HQ teams.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and service quality.
- Report on operational KPIs, trends, and improvement areas to the founder and leadership team.
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality operations, ideally in a supervisory or area management capacity.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and align diverse teams.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented approach with solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable with KPIs, commercial targets, and performance reporting.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Experience with new store openings and team ramp-up will be considered a plus.
