You'll troubleshoot technical issues, manage system configurations, and support POS, mobile, and B2B connections to ensure smooth business operations.⚙️ What You'll Be DoingProvide second-level technical support for ERP systems and associated network integrations.Troubleshoot and configure POS connections, mobile SFA applications, and B2B client networks.Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript to streamline support tasks.Write and execute SQL queries for data reporting and analysis.Support Business Intelligence reporting and assist in system and user acceptance testing (UAT).Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve escalated issues effectively.✅What We're Looking For2-4 years of experience in ERP or technical support roles.Strong understanding of POS/EFT systems, mobile ERP connectivity, and B2B integrations.Proficient in JavaScript scripting and SQL for automation and reporting purposes.Experience with Power BI is preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.💼What We Offer💰 Competitive salary & benefits package.📚 Ongoing training & career development (Epsilon Training & Epsilon College).🩺 Private medical insurance & psychological support services.💻 Hybrid working model (Athens & Thessaloniki) / Remote for other cities.🏆 Multi-awarded workplace (Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe 2024, Best Workplace in Technology, Best Workplaces for Women).
