Export Sales Back office Support

• Manage day-to-day customer order activities.
• Track progress of sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections via 3rd party couriers.
• Liaise with production, warehouse and transportation teams.
• Ensure purchase orders are received before dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and incoming shipments.
• Communicate order/delivery updates to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, subsidiaries, agents, and distributors.
• Support other team members proactively.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales administration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: persuasiveness, adaptability, resilience, tenacity.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Very good knowledge of Spanish - Italian or other language will be highly considered as a plus.
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM platforms.
