- Manage day-to-day customer order activities.
- Track progress of sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries and collections via 3rd party couriers.
- Liaise with production, warehouse and transportation teams.
- Ensure purchase orders are received before dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and incoming shipments.
- Communicate order/delivery updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, subsidiaries, agents, and distributors.
- Support other team members proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: persuasiveness, adaptability, resilience, tenacity.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Very good knowledge of Spanish - Italian or other language will be highly considered as a plus.
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM platforms.
