- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu items, wine pairings, and service etiquette
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant
- Foster positive relationships with guests and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including industry trends and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
