Fluent in Czech
Working proficiency in English
Troubleshooting hardware and software, familiarity with OS and common applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, patience, and empathy.
Analytical and critical thinking for efficient issue resolution, task prioritization.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.
Accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions, reporting on common issues.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams for issue resolution, willingness to share knowledge.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing requirements, flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Efficient time management to meet deadlines, task prioritization based on urgency and impact.
