• Greeting and guiding guests to their tables in the restaurant
• Pleasant interaction with guests, grasping their preferences and making suggestions
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Providing information about the menu
• Thorough inspection of products concerning quality and taking corrective steps when needed to avoid customer dissatisfaction
• Deliver checks and receive payments
• Always aspire to upsell additional products and services
• Periodical stock taking
• Receiving of F&B deliveries
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the work area
• Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food & Beverage/ Health & Safety regulations

• Previous experience in similar position at luxury property
• Knowledge of table side service
• Basic knowledge of wines and cocktails
• Knowledge of coffee making
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the day
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends
• Experience concerning cash register and ordering information systems, POS
• Very good knowledge of English language. Additional languages will be considered a plus

• Strong ability and self-motivation to overcome problems at work in a resourceful, efficient, and effective way, working independently or as part of a team
• Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
