- Maintain and manage existing HORECA customer portfolio through building personal relationships (update offers, resolve issues and address needs)
- Develop new HORECA clientele through identifying prospects.
- Present and negotiate offers while collecting service specifications, placing collection barrels and completing contract and sustainability documentation.
- Negotiate commercial offers and service terms based on the size and characteristics of each business.
- Monitor the performance of assigned HORECA clients.
- Propose actions to improve cooperation and collection volume.
- Perform continuous field research and market intelligence gathering on prices, competition and new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or other related field
- Master's degree in related fields will be considered an asset
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, Power Point
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organization and time management
