We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.Starting with the role:Currently we are seeking to hire a Sales Representative to join our team in Thessaloniki and to be responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy in the area.During your day you will:
  • Maintain and manage existing HORECA customer portfolio through building personal relationships (update offers, resolve issues and address needs)
  • Develop new HORECA clientele through identifying prospects.
  • Present and negotiate offers while collecting service specifications, placing collection barrels and completing contract and sustainability documentation.
  • Negotiate commercial offers and service terms based on the size and characteristics of each business.
  • Monitor the performance of assigned HORECA clients.
  • Propose actions to improve cooperation and collection volume.
  • Perform continuous field research and market intelligence gathering on prices, competition and new opportunities.
What you need to stand out:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or other related field
  • Master's degree in related fields will be considered an asset
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organization and time management
  • Customer-oriented mindset
