Responsibilities

Work alongside Senior PMs to manage agile teams consisting of developers and QA engineers.
Develop a keen sense of our users' needs as well as the competitive and market landscape.
Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction and performance – specifically user attitudes and behaviors.
Thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day, with data as your guide.
Author product specifications for proposed features and functionality as well as detailed product requirements/user stories.
Serve as an intermediary between the technology and business teams bridging communication barriers with simple and effective language that can align everyone

Requirements

Understanding of software development, build, test, test automation and all phases of SDLC from coding to deployment
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with a track record of working well with designers, engineers and business people
Comfort with basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and reporting on results.
Strong collaboration skills: You strongly prefer working in teams, but you're comfortable working independently when necessary
Good communication skills across all levels inside and outside of the company
Demonstrable drive for constant self-improvement throughout your career

Experience with Operational (SalesForce, SAP, Zendesk) or CRM (brevo, hubspot) tools
Start-up experience
