- Handle all daily reservation requests with other reservation assistants while maintaining the in-house reservations systems.
- Ensure that all areas under your responsibility are running efficiently and in accordance.
- Be fully knowledgeable in taking requests from guests.
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
- Maximize hotel revenue to achieve or exceed company’s budget and target. Assisting the sales team in setting their rates.
- Liaising with travel agents
- Forecasting revenue streams to assist S&M department ensuring that the Departmental Operating Budget is adhered to and that all costs are strictly.
- Train reservation agents to meet its standard.
- Applies policy and procedure guidelines to assist Management to solve problems in terms of guest complaints and others .
- Ensure that all enquiries are answered promptly and do necessary remark /highlight for any specific request.
- Coordinate with Front Office staff to coordinate a smooth operation.
- Responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and staff both within the hotel and for external communications.
- Managing a team effectively.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar.
- Business English fluently additionally language will be considered as a plus.
- Knowledge of Reservation PMS, (Protel is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.

- Ability to be proactive when issues arise.
