- Acquires new clients private individuals
- Advises and offers to clients individual banking products - consumer loans, saving accounts, bank cards by demonstrating deep knowledge of banking services
- Proactively engage with clients in the retail zone and deliver an outstanding professional service experience by identifying opportunity for advice, solutions, digital enablement
- Manages portfolio of clients; processes loan applications of private individuals
- Contribute to the team results by listening and spotting opportunities for additional advice
- Provides after sales support and service to clients
- University degree
- Previous experience in sales or banking
- Goal-oriented individual with passion for putting clients first
- Very good level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, problem solving and emotional intelligence skills
- Strong organization skills
- Willingness to learn, improve and determination to succeed.
