Each experience we offer to our guests is crafted to be intuitive, tailored, and unforgettable, because we believe that true luxury is found in authenticity, and our teams' unique passion and commitment.Sandblu Resort is currently in search of: Income Auditor (Accounts Coordinator)Basic Function to audit and verify all revenue transactions, record them and prepare daily and monthly sales and other reports for management according to hotel policies and procedures.Duties and Responsibilities

Balance all revenue streams (Simphony, Spa, MOD etc.) with the property's PMS (Opera).
Ensure all rebates are approved and accompanied by the relevant details and justification according to the property's rebate policy.
Ensure all Paid outs are approved, accompanied by the relevant details and justification and signed by the guest according to the property's Paid out policy.
Ensure prompt and accurate posting of 3rd party charges to guest rooms accompanied by the relevant documentation signed by the guests.
Audit all complimentary & house use rooms and ensure there is adequate correspondence including the reason and approval from senior management.
Audit all F&B outlets and ensure that all discounts & voids are accounted for and supported by the relevant explanation and manager's approval.
Collect all credit cards batches after the end of day and reconcile with on the books transactions, including tips.
Audit the banquet functions and ensure the charges are as per banquet event orders.
Audit all PM folios and lost interface posting charges.
Verify and audit daily General Cashier deposit and envelope. Investigate and follow-up of any shortages/ overage from General Cashier's envelope on daily basis. prepare over & short report on monthly basis and forward to Director of Finance for approval and for necessary action

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Qualifications / Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Auditing role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Business-driven mindset with the ability to deliver and exceed finance auditing targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of PMS Opera systems will be considered an asset.

Degree in Finance.
