- Definition of category priorities through close monitoring of business performance metrics
- Identification of new growth opportunities through close monitoring of global trends and competitive activities
- Definition of brand strategy and brand plans (innovation, campaigns and activations)
- Driving the strategy and delivery of product innovations, in close collaboration with the NPD team
- Leading the creative conception and development of new campaigns, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Trade Marketing, PR)
- Timely delivery of global toolkits (strategy, creative concept, campaign assets)
- Recommendation of product assortment (innovations, relaunches, delists, hero products), pricing and promo strategy
- Acting as key point of contact for business units/markets
- Managing stakeholder feedback at all levels, across functions and business units/markets
- Delivery on business objectives.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
- 2 - 3 years of marketing and/or creative experience in a Marketing or Agency team. Experience on Beauty / Personal Care brands will be considered an asset.
- Experience in digital marketing, specifically in the conception and development of digital brand campaigns, will be preferred.
- Experience in product innovation projects will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- PC literacy (MS office).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
