Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking airline customers via phone, email, and chat.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about the latest airline industry trends and developments to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
Fluent in Portuguese (native level) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, especially in the airline or travel sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
