Act as the main technical liaison for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support efficiently
Oversee the onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring smooth integration of our solutions
Conduct training sessions to empower clients in effectively utilizing our products
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges that clients may face
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs and contribute to product enhancements
Regularly monitor client satisfaction metrics and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-ups
Stay current on industry trends and product developments to offer valuable insights to clients
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
Experience in technical account management, customer service, or a related field
Strong technical background and understanding of software solutions
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and client-focused approach
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer satisfaction metrics is an advantage
