At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are looking for a Lead Site Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making at site level. You'll be part of a collaborative team of five analysts, where your expertise and initiative will help shape operational excellence.This is your opportunity to:

WORKING SCHEDULEThe working schedule for this position is based on a 12-hour shift model exclusively for weekends.For example:Saturday:A' shift: 06:00 - 18:00B' shift: 18:00 - 06:00 (next day)Sunday:A' shift: 06:00 - 18:00B' shift: 18:00 - 06:00 (next day)This position is based in Greece, Koropi and reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager HP PS & GQ Pharma Network in Greece.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to be part of a truly innovative and revolutionary team! Analyze site-level data to support operations, supply chain, and performance improvement initiatives.

Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear visualizations for stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects and digital transformation efforts.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences.

Proven experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.

Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.

Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong internal relationships.

Fluency in English is required.

A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for problem-solving.
