You will work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, and quality compliance of our products.Key Responsibilities

Lead the industrialization of new mechanical components and systems, ensuring seamless transition from design to production.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with R&D to optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
Define and document manufacturing workflows, work instructions, and process controls.
Identify and implement automation and lean manufacturing techniques.
Troubleshoot production issues and propose corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
Work with suppliers to qualify new materials, components, and manufacturing technologies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, or production engineering in a high-tech environment (preferably defense, aerospace, or electronics industries).
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, DFM/DFA methodologies, and production processes.
Experience with CAD software (PTC Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) and PLM systems.
Hands-on experience with CNC machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies are a plus.
